The Polar Bear Conference (PBC) was established in 2004. It is dedicated to the highest principles of excellence within all presentations by experienced and practiced speakers within the New England region of the US. The PBC was created to provide unrivaled education at an affordable price. The directors have set a price so that tuition will not be a factor in attaining the leading information within the field of Sports Medicine. ​​
